The role
HEART is looking for an energetic and organised Volunteer Network manager who supports our dedicated cohort of volunteers and manages the systems that connect our service partners, beneficiaries, tasks and volunteers. The role is essential to the work we do, our policies and keeping people safe. It requires strong digital skills, the ability to adapt quickly to change and excellent communication expertise.
It would suit someone looking for flexible working hours managing their time between working remotely and from inside our volunteer base at the Community Info Hub.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a motivated team that are passionate about the work they do.
Salary: £32,760 (pro rata)
Hours: 30 hrs a week
Contract: Permanent

Born as a response to the pandemic we are a team of staff and volunteers that do tasks out in the community like delivering emergency food parcels or taking people to doctors’ appointments; and we run a Community Info Hub where we bring together vital services, support and practical help.
Our staff and volunteers come from all walks of life with one common passion - the Hastings Community.
